The Harvard Yard Apartments project is a residential building located in Los Angeles, CA.
It consists of 4 stories of LGS load-bearing construction above a parking garage. It is scheduled for
completion in mid-2004. The pictures below show the non-load bearing, 4-story tube steel brace frames that
will resist the lateral wind and seismic loads, while light gauge steel construction will support
all bearing loads for the structure.
